I offer counseling via telehealth, walk-and-talk therapy, and in-person sessions. For telehealth sessions, I meet with clients on a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy sessions on the Santa Fe trail near my office in Downtown Monument. For in-office sessions, I have enacted safety measures, require mask wearing for the COVID-19 unvaccinated, and also require all in-person clients sign a waiver.

You will be able to see available appointment slots and select a time for your free 15-minute consultation. You must provide a credit card to secure your free appointment for security and identification purposes, however, your credit card will NOT be charged for this free 30-minute consultation appointment.
Once you meet with me for this initial consultation and we decide to proceed, I will send you an email with simple instructions to log in to your client account on the secure client portal. From there, you will have access to the intake forms, which you can fill-out and submit online. I am not your clinician on record until we have met, mutually agreed to work together, and you have completed all of my intake paperwork. You will also be able to manage all future appointments with me from this same online portal.
